At Your Pie, we don't just make pizzas; we create a culture of hospitality. As the GM, you’ll be the face of the store, the mentor to our staff, and the driver of our success.
What You’ll Do
Lead the Crew: Recruit, train, and inspire a diverse team to deliver exceptional service and quality.
Drive Results: Manage P&L, inventory, and labor costs to ensure the restaurant hits its financial goals.

Operations Excellence: Maintain a safe, efficient, and fun kitchen environment while adhering to all health and safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2+ years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry (Fast-casual experience is a plus!).
Leadership: A "servant leader" mentality—you aren't afraid to jump on the line or wash dishes when the team needs you.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to handle both team dynamics and guest feedback with grace.
Organization: The ability to juggle scheduling, ordering, and administrative tasks without breaking a sweat.
Availability: Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends (when the pizza party is at its peak!).
Why Join Your Pie?
Compensation & Growth: Hourly pay as shown in this posting, performance-based bonuses, and growth opportunities.
Great Culture: A positive, inclusive work environment where your voice is heard.
Free Food: Because let’s be honest, you’re going to want to eat this pizza every day.
Community Impact: Be a pillar of the Loganville community.
